Receiving the merchandise: the client arranges an appointment with Peinture Pro Static to bring the piece to be painted to our paint shop.
Preparation zone: our professionals make a visual inspection of the piece. They protect areas that do not require paint, then sand and clean the surfaces to be painted using a solvent (depending on the material in question) to enhance paint adhesion.
Our priority: paint a clean, dust-free surface. Before proceeding, our painters eliminate surplus dust on the piece using an air compressor and tack cloth to remove stubborn particles of dust. Paint is applied with a spray gun only.
The product is then moved to the drying zone and placed under radiant light where it will dry in under 72 hours.
Our professionals package the piece in a Styrofoam or cardboard container for protection. The client is then notified to come and collect the piece from our paint shop.
